README still says native Windows is not recommended for headless delegation, on the strength of #6 (agy 1.0.10, June 2026): agy -p and agy models hard-hung with a 0-byte log when stdio was redirected. agy's notes since then name fixes for exactly that class (1.0.15, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.23, 1.1.24), and #77 showed agy plugin import running fine as a redirected subprocess on Windows 11 / Git Bash / 1.1.28 — but nobody has re-run the -p path. If someone with native Windows can spare ten minutes on agy 1.2.x: agy-doctor (from Git Bash, and from PowerShell if you can) — does agy models return? agy-delegate --tier flash-lo "Reply with the single word OK." — rc, the AGY_SIGNAL line if any, and whether the run completes without the wall-clock guard firing. The size of the newest ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/log/cli-*.log after each run. With those numbers the note becomes "measured working on 1.2.x" (guard kept) or stays as is with a fresh date. Either answer is useful. @vitoramaral10 — y

Split out of #75 at the maintainer's request. Two related gaps around ~/.claude/agents/ — user-level subagents. The decision itself sounds right; it is the documentation that does not carry it. Environment: Windows 11, plugin antigravity 0.27.0-dev, agy 1.1.28. 1. The README's asset table does not mention them README.md lines 116-127 list what each Claude Code asset becomes, down to session history | nothing with the reason. User subagents are absent, so a reader with a populated ~/.claude/agents/ cannot tell whether they were migrated, skipped on purpose, or forgotten. Everything else in that table is accounted for, which makes the omission read as an oversight rather than a decision. A row saying they are deliberately not migrated, with the reason — they carry Claude model tiers (model: opus|sonnet|haiku) that have no Antigravity equivalent — would close it, in the same voice as the session history row. 2. docs/MIGRATION.md says the directory does not exist Line 28-30: Things

Split out of #75 at the maintainer's request, so it does not ride along with the Windows fixes in #77. default_roots() uses the directories ~/.claude.json records, which is the right instinct — but Claude Code records every directory it has been run in, and ~ is very often one of them. When it is, the "roots" list degenerates into "walk the whole home directory", and --include-repos starts proposing AGENTS.md symlinks inside language package caches. Environment: Windows 11, plugin antigravity 0.27.0-dev (master + #77), agy 1.1.28, Python 3.14. Nothing here is Windows-specific; the same shape happens wherever ~ is a recorded project and package caches live under it. What it looks like Paths below are redacted — PKG is a third-party package directory, HASH a content-addressed cache entry: $ agy-migrate --only claudemd --include-repos Scanning 9 root(s) (override with --roots) [claudemd] ✓ symlink <dart pub cache>/hosted/pub.dev/PKG/AGENTS.md ⚠ conflict <dart pub cache

Three independent defects in scripts/agy-migrate.py make the migration unusable on Windows. All three are silent or misleading rather than loud, and one of them can misfile every project's memory as global always-on rules. Environment: Windows 11, plugin antigravity 0.26.0, agy 1.1.28, Python 3.13, Git Bash. Paths below are redacted; USER is the Windows account name and REPO a project directory. 1. encode_project_dir() ignores the drive colon, so no project ever resolves encode_project_dir() is: return re.sub(r"[/_.]", "-", path) Claude Code collapses the drive colon too. C:/Users/USER/Projects/REPO is stored as: projects/C--Users-USER-Projects-REPO/ but the function produces C:-Users-USER-Projects-REPO, which matches nothing. Since memory_sources() resolves forward-only against ~/.claude.json, every project fails to resolve on Windows. Observed with a ~/.claude.json in which every one of these paths is recorded and every directory exists on disk: [memory] ⚠ unresolved C--Users-

docs/demo.gif is a stand-in. A short clip of /antigravity:delegate running inside the actual Claude Code UI would be much more convincing. Task: record a ~20–30s GIF of a real delegation + verification, replace docs/demo.gif, keep it reasonably small. Acceptance: GIF renders in the README Quick look section; no personal info on screen.
