Add option to load a mounted disc drive instead of just disc image files. Saturn discs are readable by any standard CD-ROM drive so it would be a reasonable option to be able to boot a game disc directly instead of having to waste time and storage space running an external tool to dump it. This is also a pretty standard emulator feature, the most prominent emulators for the other 2 major consoles that have standard unprotected discs (PS1, PS2) have this feature.

The disc header contains information about compatible peripherals. It's a simple list of characters with specific meanings: A = Analog controller (includes 3D Control Pad, Virtua Stick) C = Link Cable (Japan) D = Link Cable (USA) E = 3D Control Pad F = Floppy Disk Drive G = Virtua Gun J = Standard Pad K = Keyboard M = Shuttle Mouse P = Video CD Card Q = Pachinko controller R = ROM cart (unspecified) S = Arcade Racer T = Multitap W = RAM carts (size not specified) X = X-Band/Netlink modem Game disc headers tend to be honest about these, so it's probably safe to trust this information We'll need an internal database to detect and warn users of incompatible settings and/or force certain configurations to make things work, such as forcing digital mode in the 3D Control Pad for games that don't support its analog mode (i.e. anything without A or E).

The "Toggle full screen" hotkey doesn't work while a Ymir subwindow, such as Settings - Hotkeys, is the current active selection. Open a subwindow in Ymir, for instance by selecting Settings - Hotkey from the top menu Press the "Toggle full screen" hotkey == Nothing happens. (If you click on the Ymir screen background, deselecting the subwindow, the hotkey will work.)

Currently, both left and right CTRL, Alt, and Shift keys map as the same key, ie if you press the left Shift key to map to a button, it shows as "Shift," and anywhere you had mapped by pressing the right Shift key becomes unmapped. It could be useful to allow these left and right keys to be mapped separately. For instance, in a pinball game such as Last Gladiators, if I'm playing on keyboard I like to have the left flipper on left Shift and the right flipper on right Shift. (Current behavior: Go to Settings - Input - Configure Click a blank spot in the mapping grid and press left CTRL, Alt, or Shift; these map as "CTRL," "Alt," or "Shift" rather than as "Left CTRL," "Left Alt," or "Left Shift" Click a blank spot on the mapping grid and press the corresponding right-hand key of the left-hand CTRL, Alt, or Shift key you pressed previously == These also map as "CTRL," "Alt," or "Shift," and the left-hand version of that key you'd mapped previously becomes unmapped)

Rhis is an recommendation for games that utilizes full PAL resolution on menus or on all of the game but it's 10 frames slower than the american or japanese release, this example of it is sonic jam for the menus and tittle screen! here's a look: In PAL Video Mode: In NTSC Video Mode: This example of it is why i wanted to play this release because of more resolution, the menus gets screwed up changing it to NTSC Mode whereas Sonic World runs 240p in the european release, changing to NTSC Sonic World still 240p instead of 224p of the japanese and american release and everything else is in 448I/224p just like american/japanese versions. There are other games as well, if this got a problem in changing to NTSC for a game that has a resolution higher than 240p report here.
