McpToolbox::getTools() memoizes the remote tool list in $toolsMetadata on the first successful listing and never clears it; nothing in src/agent/src/Bridge/Mcp implements ResetInterface. The AI Bundle wraps each toolbox in Profiler\DeferredToolbox, tagged kernel.reset, but its reset() only clears its own cache — the next call re-asks the same McpToolbox service, which still returns the permanent memo. In a long-running process (Messenger worker, FrankenPHP/RoadRunner worker mode), a server's tool list is effectively frozen for the life of the process. Possible directions: (A) Make McpToolbox resettable and tag it kernel.reset, refreshing the list per message/request. Costs one tools/list round trip even when nothing changed. (B) Invalidate the memo on notifications/tools/list_changed. The SDK can parse and dispatch it (Mcp\Schema\Notification\ToolListChangedNotification, Client\Protocol::handleNotification()), but ships no client-side handler for it (only progress/logging handlers e
