One of the most requested features in BBLauncher is the ability to merge conflicting mods. I have developed the basic framework for this as seen in BBLauncher 16.01, covering only basic file types: BND4 / TPF / FMG and param (gameparams, drawparams are in fltparam format). I believe I could also add fltparam and mtd without too much trouble, but I don't believe those formats would be useful since merging drawparams from different mods probably don't work too well, and I know of only one mod that modifies mtds. The way it works generally is that for supported file types, BBLauncher can parse the binaries for conflicting entries to look at their individual values, then merge any values that are different from the values in the original game files. If the mods are modifying the exact same value, then little can be done about that and users will be ask to choose a mod to prioritize, BBLauncher will use that data instead.
