When you set up a new API sender or revalidate an older one, it’s important that the test email includes specific required field values in order for the message to send successfully. If you use {{.FromEmail}} and your API only allows certain domains, you will encounter errors. Gophish provides a similar option by letting the user select the target, but it would be even better if we could also set the source values. For example, in my sender configuration payload I use: .Email .FirstName .LastName .Subject .Content .FromEmail .FromName
