The left/right padding is not the same as the bottom padding, and the vertical gaps are not the same as the horizontal gaps for widgets on the dashboard. These should be consistent with each other (blue with blue and red with red on the image below). cc @nimishavijay because of #18980, but also @Antreesy maybe this is something you want to look at if you're touching it anyway?

In call permissions, disable "Can start call" for participants/guests, enable "Skip lobby" and all other default permissions. Start the call as moderator. Join as a guest (unregistered user).
