Summary export_manufacturing_package's generated bom.csv groups references using KiCad-native dash-range compression (e.g. "C1,C3-C18", "J1-J16") whenever a run of 3+ consecutive reference numbers shares the same value/footprint/LCSC part. JLCPCB's own BOM/CPL uploader does not expand these ranges — it treats "C3-C18" as one opaque literal designator string and cross-checks it against the CPL file's individually-listed designators (C3, C4, … C18), which don't match, so it reports every one of those references as missing from the BOM (and, symmetrically, missing from the CPL, since the CPL has them individually but the BOM only has the compressed range). This was found as a follow-on to #440: once the CPL header-schema fix from that issue is applied by hand (so BOM and CPL both parse structurally), this range-compression mismatch is the next thing that blocks a successful JLCPCB upload using Konnect's own export_manufacturing_package output exclusively. Summary export_manufacturing_package's generated position file (positions.csv) uses KiCad's native footprint-position-report column headers (Ref,Val,Package,PosX,PosY,Rot,Side), even when fab_house is explicitly set to "jlcpcb". JLCPCB's own web uploader (BOM & CPL step) expects a specific CPL schema (Designator,Mid X,Mid Y,Layer,Rotation, as produced by e.g. the community kicad-jlcpcb-tools (bouni) plugin). Uploading Konnect's file directly as the "CPL File" / Pick&Place slot fails outright with a generic error. Environment Konnect 0.11.0 KiCad 10.0, macOS Repro export_manufacturing_package( board=".../myboard.kicad_pcb", schematic=".../myboard.kicad_sch", fab_house="jlcpcb", output_dir=".../fab_export", bom_fields="Reference,Value,Footprint,LCSC", bom_labels="Designator,Comment,Footprint,LCSC Part #", bom_group_by="Value,Footprint,LCSC" ) Resulting fab_export/positions.csv header row: Ref,Val,Package,PosX,PosY,Rot,Side Uploading this file as JLCPCB's "CPL File" (Bil

Summary No tool sets a schematic symbol's Exclude from BOM or Exclude from Board properties (KiCad's own in_bom / on_board symbol attributes). A symbol representing a module the user sources and assembles by hand, kept in the schematic purely for documentation, had no way to be marked "don't quote/order this" — the only workaround found was leaving its custom LCSC field blank, which achieves the same practical BOM outcome but isn't the actual KiCad flag, and doesn't help at all for Exclude from Board. Environment Konnect 0.11.0 KiCad 10.0, macOS Repro Searched sch_components and related toolsets for any tool accepting an in_bom/on_board/exclude_from_bom/exclude_from_board-shaped argument on add_schematic_component or edit_schematic_component — none found. Both properties are visible and editable in the schematic symbol's own Properties dialog in the GUI ("Exclude from bill of materials" / "Exclude from board" checkboxes), with no Konnect equivalent. Expected edit_schematic_compon

Summary search_jlcpcb_parts appears to require an (undocumented) exact substring/phrase match against some internal field rather than tokenized/AND-of-terms matching. Reasonable multi-word natural-language queries return zero results even when matching parts are confirmed present in the database, while removing a single word from the same query succeeds. Environment Konnect 0.11.0 KiCad 10.0, macOS Repro search_jlcpcb_parts(query="pin header 1x7 2.54 low profile", in_stock=true) → 0 results search_jlcpcb_parts(query="pin header 1x7", limit=40, in_stock=true) → 0 results search_jlcpcb_parts(query="40P Pin Header Through Hole", in_stock=true) → 0 results search_jlcpcb_parts(query="40P Pin Header Through Hole", basic_only=true) → 0 results search_jlcpcb_parts(query="Pin Header Through Hole", in_stock=true) → 40 results search_jlcpcb_parts(query="Female Header", in_stock=true) → 10 results search_jlcpcb_parts(query="2.54-1x7P", in_stock=t

Summary There is no tool anywhere in Konnect's toolset to delete a copper zone or rule-area (keepout). add_zone/add_copper_pour create zones, but nothing removes one — every zone deletion in a recent PCB design project (antenna keepouts, full GND-pour rebuilds before each reroute) had to go through raw pcbnew.RemoveNative() on a closed board, bypassing Konnect entirely. Environment Konnect 0.11.0 KiCad 10.0, macOS Repro Searched the full loaded tool surface (pcb_board, pcb_components, pcb_routing, verification, manufacturing toolsets, 217 tools total) for any zone-removal capability: delete_graphics — description explicitly excludes zones: "Footprints, zones, tracks, vias... are never touched" add_zone / add_copper_pour — add-only No remove_zone, delete_zone, or equivalent exists in any toolset. Confirmed via list_toolboxes across all 19 toolsets plus a targeted tool search for "zone"/"rule-area"/"keepout". Expected A delete_zone(board, reference_or_uuid) (or equivalent) tool,
