As I haven't found a Get Started with examples, I place my question here. On macOS, how can establish a rule which automatically renames all files to lower case and replaces spaces with underscores? I have seen for f in *; do mv "$f" "$f.tmp"; mv "$f.tmp" "`echo $f | tr "[:upper:]" "[:lower:]"`"; done in https://stackoverflow.com/a/7787159/20002111 and, hence, have thought [ Run script ] [ for f in *; do mv "$f" "$f.tmp"; mv "$f.tmp" "`echo $f | tr "[:upper:]" "[:lower:]" tr " " "_"`"; done ] would be all I need, but it looks suspect. Does Forel pass files or file names? A single one or all at once? Anyways, thank you very much for sharing this promosing tool with us!
