A contributor (likely @DavJCosby or @pepperoni505) has already suggested this, but I can't find it now. We should ensure that the project can build, and tests pass when run on Windows. We have a number of issues and PRs (e.g. #275, #302, #362, #367, #365 ) pertaining to this, which we should catch earlier than users and contributors first experiences. I think this decomposes to: get windows-latest versions for all tests re-writing some of the template testing (with builder-bob) as Typescript, running through tsx. fixing up the problems as they become apparent. This is much easier with a local machine. Any other ideas? Any volunteers?
