Tessera already treats panels as workspace surfaces that can render different content: CLI chat sessions, empty panels, workspace file/diff tabs, file explorer tabs, Skills, and Archive. I want browser pages to work the same way, so a browser view can be opened in a panel, split beside agent sessions, moved between panels/tabs, and preserved as part of the workspace layout. Example use case: Open http://localhost:3001 or another local dev server in a browser panel. Keep it beside Claude Code / Codex / OpenCode panels while an agent edits the app. Use existing multi-panel behavior: split, drag/drop, close, tab persistence, and layout restore.
