Summary Lyria 3 is now available through OpenRouter, so we can move the audio-generation seam off Replicate. https://openrouter.ai/google/lyria-3-pro-preview https://openrouter.ai/google/lyria-3-clip-preview Why Today the Lyria family is the only thing routed through Replicate's prediction API for audio. Consolidating onto OpenRouter (which we already use elsewhere for model routing) would: drop the bespoke Replicate adapter / REPLICATE_API_TOKEN dependency for audio, align audio with how we route other providers, and simplify billing/keying. Summary When a signed-in user visits grida.co / localhost:3000, /dashboard redirects them to their "last organization." That target is only updated when a document is opened — switching organizations via the WorkspaceMenu / sidebar org switcher does not mutate any state. So a user who switches org and then closes the tab returns to the previous org on next visit. Minor UX bug, but it points at a real modeling gap: the feature is named "last organization" but the schema only tracks "last project." Repro Sign in as a user who belongs to two orgs (A, B). In Org A, open any document at least once (so state is anchored to A). Open the org menu → click Org B. URL becomes /B. Do not open a document. Visit http://localhost:3000/ (or /dashboard) in a new tab. Observed: redirected to /A/<project>. Expected: redirected to /B. Root cause (grounded) "Last org" is inferred from user_project_access_state.project_id (supabase/migrations/20250418155207_user_project_access_state.sql:9) — there
