Hi! Would it be possible to add a Generic Packet Analyzer to SDRoxide for identifying and analyzing unknown/unclassified data / digital transmissions? The idea would be to have a module that, when SDRoxide detects a digital signal that does not match any of the currently supported protocols, can try to characterize it automatically. For example, starting from the IQ signal, the analyzer could attempt to determine: Signal/burst boundaries Occupied bandwidth Dominant frequencies/tones Symbol rate / baud rate FSK type (2-FSK, 4-FSK, GFSK, AFSK, etc.) Preamble Sync word Packet/frame boundaries Raw demodulated bits HEX representation of the packets Possible CRC/checksum fields The main purpose would not necessarily be to decode the protocol at first attempt, but rather to provide useful information about an unknown packet format and help to identify the protocol and provide to you further requestes :-D Ideally, the analyzer could work as a fallback when a detected signal cannot be classi

I'd love to get DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) audio decoding added to SDR Oxide. Ideally with a rust-only implementation, though a wrapper around existing C code is probably more realistic. Be warned, it's still a large and complex task.
