The fitted.sma() method does not seem to return the expected values, or at least what is needed for plotting. Both fitted x and y values need to be estimated for each x and y observation. This needs some geometry, but should be doable and it would be extremely nice to be able to highlight the deviations for major axis regression. Implement computation of fitted x and y values. Revise extract_fitted(). Implement support in stat_fit_deviations() and stat_fit_fitted(). Enable unit tests, now commented out. (Check if I have already done this calculation in code used in teaching).
