Feature Request Add the ability to bookmark important moments while a recording is in progress. Use Case While recording, users can tap a Bookmark button (we have preview quick actions in preview area and in side drawer in home tab, can integrate with that) to mark important moments without stopping the recording. Bookmarks can later be shown on the playback timeline, allowing users to quickly jump to key events instead of scrubbing through long videos. Benefits Quickly locate important events in long recordings Useful for dashcam, bodycam, meetings, and lectures No need to split or stop recordings to mark an event Priority Low Medium High

Feature request Please add settings to customize the font size of watermark/overlay text on both video recordings and FadShot photos. Current problem When photos or videos are captured at high resolution, the current watermark text can become very small and hard to read. This affects information such as: timestamp / date and time; GPS coordinates / location data; custom user text; other watermark or debug text shown on recorded media. The problem is especially noticeable on high-resolution photos, where the text with coordinates or time can look tiny unless the image is zoomed in. Requested behavior Please add configurable watermark font size options for both videos and photos. Suggested options: Watermark font size Presets: Small, Medium, Large, Extra large Optional separate settings for: Video watermark font size FadShot/photo watermark font size Optional separate controls for: Timestamp GPS/location coordinates Custom text A preview would also be useful, so the user can ch

Feature request Please add a separate resolution setting for FadShot/photo capture during active video recording. Current behavior At the moment, the photo resolution appears to depend on the active video recording resolution. For example, if video is recorded in Full HD or another lower resolution, the captured photo also appears to be limited by that video resolution. Requested behavior If the Android camera pipeline and device hardware allow it, please separate these settings: Video recording resolution: the user may choose a lower resolution such as Full HD to reduce storage usage, heat, and battery consumption during long recordings. Photo/FadShot resolution: the user may choose a higher still-photo resolution, ideally the maximum available supported photo size. Suggested setting options: Photo resolution / FadShot resolution Use video resolution as the default/current behavior Highest available photo resolution Manual choice from supported still-photo sizes Expected result Th

Feature request Please add a native hotkey option to capture a still photo / FadShot while video recording is active, using Volume Up and/or Volume Down. Use case FadCam can already capture photos while a recording is in progress, and recent code also appears to include FadShot app shortcuts (capture_photo / capture_photo_front). However, for dashcam, bodycam, helmet-mounted, tripod, or other hands-free recording scenarios, it would be very useful to trigger photo capture directly from hardware keys or a small Bluetooth shutter remote. Many inexpensive Bluetooth camera remotes send volume key events (KEYCODE_VOLUME_UP / KEYCODE_VOLUME_DOWN). This would allow the user to save an important still frame without touching the phone screen. Requested behavior Add a setting such as: Volume Up action / Volume Down action. Available action: Capture photo / FadShot while recording. Ideally support both back and front photo actions, or at least use the currently selected/active camera. Support Bl
