The server Dockerfile installs make in the Go builder even though it invokes go build directly. The runtime installs curl only for the local Docker Compose health check, not for the server itself. Remove make from the Go builder and eliminate curl from the runtime image. Replace the Compose HTTP health check with a TCP-based check, matching the Helm chart probes. Keep make in the UI builder, where make build-ui uses it.
