Arocc does not include "builtin" pre-processor definitions for Mips targets like _MIPS_SIM. This leads to the translate-c not being able to include type/struct definitions gated behind these definitions (e.g. the goofy struct statfs64 definition for Linux. May depend on ziglang/zig#20690 to make it easier to determine the target's ABI.
