Start Menu windows module with the Windows Icon or replaceable icon that when you click it, it brings up the Start Menu. Also if possible, it would be nice to hide the settings module from the dock also.
Keep it hidden all the time, and show over every window when cursor reach the side / top of the screen Rocket-dock use to do it, very usefull. It should have delay options to adapt to user. (something else : spacing between icons could be reduced more when on zero) Thanks !
It's cool that there's already a possibility to adjust dock size and items spacing, another cool addition would be to adjust the dock margins itself. This will allow to make dock more compact. Here's the image for comparison with my current Nexus Dock:
